Standard Licenses

GoAvito Software Products, the buyer can use in a single or multiple domains/websites based on the purchased packages. The majority of our items (templates, code, crypto, tools, etc) are covered by our Standard Licenses.

Regular License

• The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, generic, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.

• You are licensed to use the Item to create one single GoAvito Product for yourself (a “single application”).

• The GoAvito Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort. The GoAvito Product is a customized implementation of the feature. (For example, The GoAvito Product is a work that integrates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.)

• You can create one GoAvito Product for a client, and you can’t transfer that single GoAvito Product to many client.

• You can’t Sell the GoAvito Product, (If you or your client want to buy the GoAvito Product, you will need the Extended License.)

• You can’t transfer the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source codes. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.

Extended License

• The Extended License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, generic, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item.

• You are licensed to use the Item to create one single GoAvito Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”).

• A GoAvito Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort. The GoAvito Product is a customized implementation of the feature. (For example, A GoAvito Product is something that integrates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.)

• You can create the GoAvito Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client only not for you.

• You can’t Sell and make any number of copies of the single GoAvito Product.

• You can re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source codes. You can’t do this with a one Item either on its own or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications.

GNU General Public License (GPL)

• Our GoAvito Product applies for an open-source license. This means that the open source license applies to an extent that’s determined by the open source license terms and the nature of the Item, and this license applies to the rest of the Item.

• The author may have chosen to apply a GPL license to the entire Item. This means that the relevant GPL license will apply to the entire Item instead of this license. Where an Item is entirely under a GPL license, it will be identified as a GPL item, and the license noted in the download files. GoAvito Product uses this for lawful purposes.

Tools or App License

This Tool license is for only one copy of the Tool or App, installed on up to many devices as you like. Both using a Tool and an App is conditional upon there only ever being one concurrent GoAvito Product use of the item by you, the original purchaser.

Logo License

When you buy the GoAvito Product with license you can’t get any logo’s from the authorized GoAvito software. This logo has been modified by the buyers as per their branding.
